Stamping Adventures -- Baseball Card Exchange

When I first started planning our trip to Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, I pulled out my baseball attractions passport and looked to see what attractions were in any going to be close to where we were going to be. I found three attractions we could stop at. The first one was the Baseball Card Exchange in Schererville, IN.

The Baseball Card Exchange is located in a strip mall in Schererville, about 15 minutes from Munster Donuts and Albanese Candies. I had to convince the hubby to stop since we were running late. I told him it wasn't out of the way from Munster Donuts and we can easily get back on the highway. He begrudgingly agreed so I could get my first stamp in my Attractions book.

The Baseball Card Exchange is exactly that.. a sports card shop. The hubby browsed while I got my stamp.

There were plenty of cards, autographed baseballs, and mini helmets for sale.

There were tables to go through or play Pokemon cards... a craze I still don't understand.

I got my stamp and Chasin' Parks Baseball card (which I had to ask for).

Besides carrying cards and autograph memorabilia, it also had card and memorabilia supplies. There were plastic sleeves for cards and ball cubes at rock bottom prices (or at least the hubby seemed to think so). We drove all the way to Indiana so the hubby could buy ball cubes and card sleeves. 😒

One stamp down, many more to go. I am not sure how many baseball attractions we will get to on our journeys but it will fun seeing all the different museums and ballparks.
