The hubby had a baseball game in Kohler. Before the game started, I decided to go for a walk. As I walked from the ball diamond, I discovered a path that lead down to a lake.
Circling the Shops at Woodlake in Kohler, there is a path along a small lake. It is not a long trail but it is beautiful. I walked about half way around before turning around mainly because I needed to go to the bathroom.
It was full of flowers and it a quiet spot. I just felt like I wasn't supposed to be there since I wasn't staying at the Inn or shopping.
On the other side of the Shops at Woodlake was a several sculptures. It was part of the Kohler Artwalk. The American Club, Inn on Woodlake, and the entire Village of Kohler offers a curated Artwalk consisting of more than 50 pieces of sculptural art that makes up the Kohler Artwalk. I love public art.
There were at least a dozen or so sculpture scattered around the grassy area between the ball diamond and the shops.
My personal favorite was the feet.
If you are ever in Kohler check out the Art Walk and the path along the lake. Both allow for quiet time and some good exercise.
